Kingdom Death: Monster is a cooperative board game created by Adam Poots and released in In the Hunt Phase, the players select a quarry to hunt, kingdom death monsters, and at which level; a higher-level quarry will be more deadly and kingdom death monsters to slay, but more rewards will be gained for defeating it. They then set up a series of randomly-drawn event cards, both generic and those tied to the specific monster on marked spaces along a linear game board, along with playing their character figures and the monster's on specific spaces as instructed by the game's manual.

Between the pricing and the title, you can probably guess that this game isn't entirely In fact, by board game standards, subtlety was not only thrown out the window here, but lit on fire first. If you're not the kind of person who can at least ironically appreciate big, bulging crotches and bosoms juxtaposed alongside heaps of severed heads and multi-eyed demon goats, then you're gonna want to skip this one. Fortunately, while I find that kind of thing hard to take seriously, it's easy to see how much fun the creator of this game has designing its every last character, creature and setting.

Kingdom Death: Monster , also known as just Kingdom Death or KDM by those of us who want to minimize keystrokes, is one of the largest board games on the market. The box and all of its contents weighs in at nineteen pounds and will need its own shelf just to store the core box. KDM has been around for a good chunk of time now.
