I asked if the sushi was gluten free and I was told it was. I immediately felt sick after eating it. They do know a lot about GF, but there were very few options for us. I am celiac so I always ask the waiter what menu items are safe for me. At first, My waiter said they could make anything gluten free. BUT, After I told him that soy sauce contained gluten, he conferred with the manager and the chef.
