I'm planning on taking it on a cross country trip pretty much right after the break in. So far the below is my list of mods I'm purchasing, wanted to see what anyone else would recommend as well!

There are many KLR mods that you can do to modify its performance and comfort, but not all of them are actually worth your money. The KLR is a fairly versatile motorcycle, so it can be safely ridden on many types of terrain. One more thing before getting started is knowing which generation Kawasaki KLR you have.
