I was wondering how I am able to check if my radiator is circulating coolant. I burped it today after changing the coolant and after watching the top hose in the reservoir I didnt see any coolant coming in. Am I looking in the wrong spot? Many folks may already know this, but I'm posting this to offer another confirmation of a money-saving procedure regarding the radiator fan replacement. My KLR suffered a tip over to the left side and the radiator fan housing bracket crushed into the fan blades, seizing the blades until the spindle presumably heated up and melted through the plastic propeller until the propeller fell off inside the housing. I had an IMS tank on with broken L brackets. This must have allowed the IMS tank to compress into the fan housing bracket and caused my problem.
