KMR Audio was founded in London in , when a small team of audio gear enthusiasts decided to start a company to specialise in the supply of high-end and boutique studio equipment. Starting with an even smaller team of audio gear enthusiasts, KMR Audio Germany has been a home for the recording community in Berlin and throughout the country ever since. For the first few years of its existence, we operated from a wonderful demo and office space in the heart of Friedrichshain where it hosted many events and had some of the finest pieces of high-end studio gear on demo for customers to try. These days we operate out of Lichtenrade, where it exclusively sells via email, phone and their website. Even though the physical location from Friedrichshain is no more, we have been able to use the cost savings to heavily invest in more demo equipment and stock.

The Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor has extraordinary functionality, and also provides mastering grade compression and limiting for tracking and mixing.
