They come up higher than most workout capris out there and since I opted for a size up from my normal pre-pregnancy size, I was able to pull the waistband comfortably over most of my belly! The material is soft and very thin while still maintaining a durable feel to it. I figured it would be a great springtime hoodie to take me to and from the gym and also out and about on the lake where the breeze can still make even the warmest day feel a little chilly!
