To get there, Paraglide south east from Faron Tower, then take the trail on the south side of the river to the Lakeside Stable. The rocks stand out fairly clearly, as they're a more greyish colour than the red-tinged rocks, and are easily destroyed with any bomb. Inside the shrine you'll first of all be faced with a concrete seesaw, which will tilt down when you stand on the far end and stop you progressing.
