An absolutely appalling company. I bought a used laptop from them a month ago. There was no OS on it. It was returned and they confirmed receipt. It then took over a week for them to "book it in" and nearly a week after that no one has looked at it. I have demanded a refund many times and am continuously being fobbed off by overseas customer service agents who are paid to mislead.
