Although we are a small park we have a lot to offer with being only a 20 minute walk to the very popular seaside town of Cromer or the local village of East Runton which has two public houses, a convenience store, a butchers, a Greek restaurant and of course a fish and chip shop. The park is also only a short stroll to the popular blue flag East Runton beach. We pride ourselves in having one of the best kept parks on this part of the coast.

Over the years the park has gone through many changes but we still ensure we provide the same personal service and value for money. Although we are a small park we have so much to offer. Being a small park means we have a close community of residents. Some of which have been coming here for over half a century. We have a full laundry room including 2 deep sinks. A spin dryer, ironing board and token operated washing machine and tumble dryer. At the back of the laundry room we have a small book and puzzle library for everyone to enjoy. At the front of the park we have a small recreation area for everyone to stretch their legs. Along with a set of swings and rollover bars to enjoy. When you visit the park, you will notice that we pride ourselves in having one of the best maintained parks on the North Norfolk coast with the various themed gardens, herb garden and well-groomed grass areas. Some leaks can be hard to track to their source, but one I recently found was a pretty straightforward job. Check out the step-by-step for evidence. The leak was coming through at the rear left corner wall of the pop-top, and water was leaking through at a fair rate. The first job was to raise the roof so we could see if there was any sealant missing on the join around the roof and its base. Everything seemed okay, so we decided the easiest thing to do was remove the side moulding to inspect for leaks. The first thing to remove on this type of moulding is the decorative centre strip, which peels out to reveal the attachment screws. Removing these screws showed the first hint of trouble underneath — the shanks were badly corroded and some snapped off at the heads. Once we had removed the screws holding the side moulding, it was then a matter of carefully peeling away the moulding.
