My question is what have people experienced down there on the issue of carring a knife or multi-tool? We live in Texas and I know of 3 friends that were thrown in jail in Nuevo Larrado for no other reason than they each had a pocket knife. One of the knives was a tiny Swiss Army knife that had a nail file, a small blade and a pair of scissors. I would really like to carry a multi-tool in my fanny pack don't want to get thrown in jail over it. Any comments or help would be greatly appreciated.
