There are several modulars on there, but this one looks so lovely. I like the colour blocking, height variation, shaping, and all the details in it.

Here is my latest and largest town MOC. I've loved the modular series ever since Cafe Corner and I've always wanted to do my own. I have tried a few times over the years, but they were never very good. This time, I designed the entire thing on Stud.
