Lilly is the younger sister of Kate and the love interest of Garth in Alpha and Omega. While Garth and Kate were initially suppose to marry to bring the two wolf packs together, Lilly and Garth ultimately fall in love with each other. When news about Kate's disappearance reaches the the Eastern Pack, Tony confronted Winston and during the conversation, Winston's younger daughter, Lilly, offered to show Garth around since Kate stood him up, and Garth denied that Kate stood him up, and Eve shouts his name. Garth gulped and says it sounds good to him. After he jumps over to the the Western Pack territory, all eyes are on him, and Eve growled at him, making him whimper and run towards Lilly.

She is Kate 's younger sister, Garth 's wife, one of Winston and Eve 's daughters, Humphrey 's sister-in-law, and Stinky , Claudette , and Runt 's aunt. Lilly is a slender wolf who has average length hair like Kate. In the beginning of the movie, she let her forelock hang over her left eye, but she swept it back in the end. Her face, mane, tail, paws, stomach, and the inside of her ears are pure white and her back, shoulders, eyebrows, and the outside of her ears are a very light pale silvery-grey. She also has beautiful lavender eyes. She is often more playful as she was when she was a pup unlike Kate who became mostly critical after Alpha School. Lilly is a friendly, shy, fun-loving wolf and has a totally opposite personality from her sister, Kate. She doesn't have very much self confidence, until she meets Garth. Unlike her sister, Lilly isn't so shallow as to instantly dismiss someone just because of bad howling. She takes an immediate liking to Garth when first she sees him, and wants to get to know him, offering to show him around her pack's territory.

Chapter 4: The Mating Continues On! Lilly visits her family with Garth for a ibao, and it is revealed that they are now living in the tall grasses.

Garth is the secondary tritagonist of Alpha and Omega. Garth is a muscular wolf and his fur is russet and he has a cream snout, chest, stomach, and paws. He has pine green eyes and is bigger and taller than Humphrey. As the packs, now united as one, Garth is howling with Lilly by his side on Howling Rock. Garth howls beautifully with a blue bird singing backup, and is complimented by his new mate, Lilly. Garth seems like an arrogant alpha jock at first, but he's actually a really friendly wolf.

When the marriage comes, Garth and Kate go through the mating ritual but at the final step, Kate back out, and Garth quietly expresses his happiness, but then he quickly covers himself up by asking that she can't in a surprised tone. On the times she did though, Garth was extra protective of his mate. Lilly compliments him as they nuzzle each other under the moonlight. Please enjoy the story! Then, Tony demands Winston to tell him why Kate can't marry Garth. Garth snuggled Lilly and howling with her next to him on Howling Rock, Garth and Lilly are happy and Lilly playfully pounce on Garth and they rub noses to symbolize that they are mates. We need to get those remaining pups out of her NOW!!

Garth embraced Lilly in his arms affectionately, loving the warmth and comfort she radiated, resting his head on her soft fluffy fur taking in her sweet lavender scent, his heart skipping a beat when she looked up at him with her gorgeous eyes, her sudden intense eye contact with him caught Garth off guard, causing him to grin stupidly, only making Lilly giggle tenderly, nuzzling herself deeper into his embrace. Garth grinned handsomely down at her.
