I have received the wrong order more than twice and when using the drive-thru, I was directed to pull forward as someone would bring my order out but after sitting for over 30min, I went inside to get an update on my order and to my surprise, I had been forgotten about. March I mean it's really hard to mess up pizza right. Always on point my order has never been wrong it's just as delicious as it always has been. Service was cold flat and bordering on rude. Nice gentleman help me and was courteous. They were out of many products, they seem pretty busy. I didn't eat, I was just picking up but my coworkers didn't seem upset at anything, it smelled good Order ready late. Friday, 13 November, in the late afternoon, my BF called in an order for two pizzas. Ordered online and chose drive thru thinking it would be faster than going in to just pick up my pizza that was ready and paid for. Worst service I've ever experienced, everyone is unprofessional. I waited over 30mins on an order I placed online. One of the workers who I think might be the manager decided to get an attitude I only went this McDonalds because it is close to where I live.
