My items I ordered on 20th July still not arrived and I still can't get in contact with anybody. It is now the evening of the 1st December, and there is still no sight of the shipment, a customer service agent answered my complaint and informed me if I haven't received anything by the 9th December! The box looks like a seconds box pixi product all smashed up hair products all bent I know that wont have any thing to do with the product it can be still used. Preferred solution: New product please pixi and prada. I requested they send me the products I paid for, but instead, they ignored my request and their mistake, and asked that I return the products they sent by mistake.

Send the photo's the first time and a couple times I have looked everywhere and asked for it to my neighbours, no one knows about it. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere. Did you eventually get your order? Many attempts failed in getting the spray nozzle to work. Tip for consumers: Company is not accountable for their mistakes and tries to make the customers pay for them instead of offering fair resolution. I'm so shocked they are allowed to work legally!
