But you're here because you wish to collect lore that is scattered around the realms. Specifically, you are seeking lore markers. Lore markers are not something you can "miss" by advancing the storyline. You can always backtrack. There are a total of 35 Lore Markers to be found throughout the realms. This Lore Marker is located in the Aurvangar Wetlands. If you take your boat to the location on the map below, you'll find a wood beam on the west-facing wall that you can glide under. Dock at the beach on the other side and grapple on the rock wall to the left. After climbing up, head slightly to the right straight ahead, and drop down to an encampment. You will then find the marker on this plateau. Head to the location shown below. Once you reach the top of the rig and access a legendary chest, swing across an open gap using the crane to the other wooden pathway, and drop down to the ground below on your immediate right in order to find the marker.
After Brok's shop, go into the next area, kill the wild beasts, then read the Lore Marker to the right.

Lore in God of War: Ragnarok encompasses the various world-building texts you can find in the game world, including Rune Reads, Scrolls, Lore Markers and Treasure Maps, which flesh out the peoples and places you visit throughout the story. You can't find all the Artifacts in certain regions of Svartalfheim until later in the game. The sections on this page are ordered by when you can visit them earliest in the game. This Lore is found in an optional side area, just after you lower the wall to pass North. Keep left and you may spot the Legendary Chest on a raised wooden platform. To get here, sail further along and spot a section you can slip the boat under. This Artifact can be found in the Nidavellir marketplace, the area with the large statue of Odin where you first meet Sindri in this realm.

The Forge - Lore 2. This reveals some Twilight Stone that you can use to bounce your Axe off of and cut through the Nest Matter on the other side. However it's impossible to access all of The River Pass at once until you complete The Sickness main quest. The runes will be inside the bent right cheek of the helmet. Pick it up and place it beside the nearby lore marker and light it with your arrows to reveal the lore. Head to the top of Niflheim Tower on the southwest of the Lake of Nine to find this realm tear between the tower's braziers. Eastern Barri Woods - Lore 2. Climb the Svartalfheim Tower through the cave behind it then make a right once you're at the top to find this realm tear. There are four types of Lore that can be found in God of War Ragnarok, all of which offer a little bit of XP when you interact with them. But as you'll see, you'll have to pick it up anyway. There is only one Lore Marker in Helheim. When completing this quest, you'll find the lore marker in an area West of the chalice you will use in this area to switch between nighttime and daytime. The light crystal on the right side is already lit so you just need to shoot the crystals on the left side and the center with Light Arrows for the realm tear to appear. It's most easily accessed in your initial visit when the waters have lowered once after meeting the World Serpent. To get out, turn around to spot a wooden spinner: hit the left-hand side with the Leviathan Axe to turn it and raise the cage momentarily. Lore Markers are large, monolith-like tablets found in the game world, usually within ruins or other notable locations. If you head into the Elven Sanctum at the location on the map below, you will find this Lore Marker at the furthest point inside. The Forbidden Sands - Lore 4.
