Sorry to say that I ordered from this company as a present for my mum on Mothers day. Whoever you are running this "company" please be aware that I won't let this drop! Hope your mums had a great mothers day! I ordered flowers on September 26, they arrived after a week, I emailed twice what was happening because the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, I received a reply that the flowers were coming by royal mail and I had to wait 2 business days even though they were supposed to be delivered the next day. After a week, the flowers ended up in the trash, they were no longer suitable for anything. After writing an e-mail to lovely flora world, I did not receive any response.

Lovely Flora World has not yet responded. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill.

Originally ordered a bouquet for my sister but quality not good so complained to them. They have sent her another one which as you can see from picture is a lot better, which should of got in the first place, that's the reason for 4 stars. Didnt deliver on time. Didnt communicate as to why.

Hundreds of Mother's Day bouquets ordered online have either failed to turn up or been of very poor quality, the BBC has been told. Angry customers have taken to social media and review websites to complain. Nikki had signed up using her email and paid extra to track her order. She received an order confirmation and the money left her account but no tracking or shipment emails arrived. Now the company website says it does not recognise her email or order number. After failing to speak directly to the business, Nikki went to its Facebook page and found dozens of customers in the same situation.

The flowers should have arrived three days ago and still haven't arrived. This company did not deliver the flowers I hoped would go to my mother on mothers day, they did not contact me or get back to me when I complained with a voice message as no one is ever available to speak with. They've taken my money from my card. When emailing the company as they had not been delivered I got a could not care less style email back. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before mothers day. They don't even reply to emails or answer phone reading standards need informed!
