Tattoo magic is an incredibly old form of magic, and is a form of art utilized by many different cultures across the multiverse.

Magic tattoos sound and are amazing, allowing for some pretty powerful enchantments. The tattoo simply appears on the skin. I believe tattoos should require more than just finding a special needle in a dragon hoard, so I reworked the rules for my version. I included my lore as possible inspiration alone.
