The investment objective of the Mawer Global Balanced Fund is to provide above average risk-adjusted returns by investing primarily in equity and equity-related securities and fixed-income securities from around the world. The Fund may invest in any part of the capital structure in both public and private entities. The Fund intends to achieve above average returns with below average risk through a well-diversified portfolio. The Portfolio is constructed with the goal of being resilient to the inherent uncertainties of markets. Investments in the Fund are determined on a security-by-security basis.
