Typically, fried or unfried tofu is substituted for the meat, and many but not all the curries are already vegan or can be made so. This is our go-to location when we have friends from out of town to impress. The food quality is outstanding, as well as the service, though this is not a vegan restaurant, and they do serve plenty of non-vegan food.
