According to Lesley, the order was delivered to her home by Uber Eats, but was missing five items in total — including drinks and apple pies. I did get my money back. Ubereats are utterly rubbish with McDelivery. We tried it three times, and every time the driver kept changing, vanishing off the tracker, drinks were spilt, items missing etc.

You should complain to the retailer, not the courier, about a missing delivery. This is because your contract is with the retailer, and the Consumer Rights Act makes the retailer responsible for the good condition and safe delivery of your order. Make a delivery complaint.
