Potser valorem massa les elaboracions o fins i tot algunes combinacions quasi «impossibles», en enfront de plats senzill com aquests. Ho podeu interpretar com el millor elogi. I tant.. Sales mas satisfecho que de algunos restaurantes con estrella Michelin. El cocinero es un maestro de maestros en la cocina y con la Es un "must" de Barcelona. Carpaccio de ventresca, guisantes brasa con panceta, alcachofas con base de vieira y butifarra y cap i pota para terminar. Me sabe mal por el equipo pero no volveremos. A parte del camarero muy amable, no veo nada que descatar de este restaurante. Excelente es poco. Que bien!
