So we are thinking of placing a wine bottle on each table and having guests leave messages for us on pieces of paper and then placing them in the bottle. Cute idea. Good luck.

Using regular old text weight paper, cut little squares for your guests to write their messages on. Sticker paper is one of my favorite crafting supplies!
