Although personally I might've had more than a few problems with Monster Hunter: World's progression - one thing is for certain. You couldn't get lost trying to figure out what you needed to hunt next to progress. Key Quests were separated into their own specific group upon quest selection, making progression through the game almost trivial. Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate , on the other hand, fits squarely in line with previous Monster Hunters. The game won't usually tell you what your key quests are, and it's mostly up to you to figure that out for yourself. Naturally, this might be a bit of a drag. Being able to transfer your save from Monster Hunter Generations on the 3DS helps mitigate some of that grind, assuming you've already gone through it on the 3DS, but what about those of us that either can't transfer our saves, or never had one to begin with?
