The Tradewinds to Success program is a unique initiative that supports individuals from Indigenous communities in accessing education and professional training in millwrighting. The program provides a comprehensive education and training experience for students, including job readiness skills, training in workplace safety, and hands-on apprenticeship opportunities. The program is designed to empower and support students in building successful careers in the millwright trade, a highly specialized field. These students have demonstrated their commitment to learning and have shown exceptional potential in the millwright trade.
