I have had a really wonderful experience with every single human I have ever interacted with at Mindpath. Every time I call to make an appointment when I have emailed for information and when I am seen by a provider I always feel valued. I would have given a 5 star rating except that the online system is a little hard to figure out and some of the phone numbers are bogus an auto-generated response said contact us at this number My Dr. Is great but I really hate the way electronic set before you see your Dr. Having a telehealth appointment should be easy. I have to fill out a bunch of information already on file and then pay upfront before my Dr.

To summarize this company is disorganized careless about their patients and I would not recommend them. We recommend asking the care provider before beginning services.

Dr was kind easy to talk with and was focus on my problem Dr Reid is a good doctor so glad she has accepted me as her patient.. Weve recommended mind path to other parents looking for therapists. Specifically Jenny. She takes the time to truly listen and offer great solutions. She cares. I trust her.

I feel like she is genuinely trying to help me and I am very thankful that I ended seeing her over anyone else. She was very personable and put me at ease. Goshwani shes amazing. Carolina Partners encouraged me to come back to see a different doctor and licensed psychiatrist which after two sessions had the same effect if not worse than my experience 2 weeks prior. I feel that I am cared for and given a safe opportunity to share my issues. I always finish my appointment on a positive note. My psychiatrist takes the time to listen to all my concerns and has helped me find the right treatment for my specific needs.

Do not use these services if you expect to have your visits billed correctly. Office personnel very helpful with paperwork. I have repeatedly had to fill out the same online forms and they have attempted to charge me multiple times for bogus bills. Sometimes they do. I have been seeing her for 6 months now and she has not yet had a half hour session with me where she did not look away stare at her phone and text message at least once. Kelly listens and asks questions about my overall health and well being to make sure things are working for me. She overtly has a wealth of information about medications and seemed very committed to providing individualized care. A woman with the initials SD contacted me in the virtual waiting room wanting me to provide payment information over video. Unfortunately that did happen but Liz was able to switch me to a different med and Im doing just fine on it. They are great and have no control over the billing.
