Miyamura is a handsome and attractive young man. He has blue eyes, black hair, white skin and weighs a little less than 48kg roughly lbs. He also appears to have fairly sharp canine teeth, many lip and ear piercings, as well as a few minor tattoos. At school, Miyamura dresses heavily in order to hide his tattoos, wears thick-rimmed glasses, and lets his hair fall to his shoulders to cover up his piercings. Out of school, however, he wears his hair up and does not seem to care that other people see his piercings and tattoos. At the start of the story, he also wore a lip ring and is stated that both piercing holes have since closed up due to him not wearing them often enough. At various points in the manga, other characters such as Kyouko, Kyousuke, and Ishikawa observe Miyamura to have quite an attractive, if a bit feminine, face. At the end of Chapter 26, Miyamura cuts his hair, leaving his piercing holes visible. In school, he gives off an impression of a quiet, anti-social guy. Usually assumed to be an otaku with good studying capabilities, Miyamura is soon to be viewed as a good friend to Hori Kyouko and her closest friends.
