I see you have installed Win 8 on this machine with Mobile Intel Express Chipset, I am afraid win 8 is not supported on this graphics controller because the chipset was designed before development of your operating system. You will need a suitable driver to support your graphics controller and obtain previous features you had before, but Intel did not make drivers available for win8 using the Mobile Intel Express Chipset.
