However, when attempting to log in using the normal sign in and the microsoft sign in, they said invalid username or password.

Hello, after migrating my mojang account to a microsoft account, I appear to have lost my original mojang username, which caused me to lose all of my progress on multiple servers, including my paid for optifine cape. After trying to log into my old mojang account it tells me that the email isn't registered to mojang anymore, which causes me not to be able to log back in and change my name.

When I tried to recover the email for the Microsoft account using my phone number, it gave me an email I was unfamiliar with and did not create.
