We are very excited to announce our collaboration with National Geographic Learning a part of Cengage Learning for We feel that NGL coursebooks offer a number of attractions for both our students and our teachers. Of course there is the stunning imagery, but more than that, familiar topics are approached from a unique perspective which are both engaging and thought — provoking. It feels like a grown up book that has been adapted for kids. Our World is packed with age-appropriate National Geographic Learning content that motivates and excites young learners of English and helps them use English as a tool to learn about and interact with the world. There is a focus on the environment, which we feel is so important in education today and National Geographic Explorers—photographers, scientists, artists, and more—are featured as real-life role models who are making a difference in the world.

The new ISS-related content is not limited to space science. The research in the ISS National Lab touches on all fields of science and engineering, from microbiology to materials science to medical technologies, so it has relevance throughout the STEM curriculum.
