Active: Activate a whirlpool to summon an enemy that knocks up and stuns adversaries within two hexes as it deals magic damage to them. Enemies are marked with Bilgerat attacks and abilities. A portion of the damage inflicted by Bilgerats on the enemy is stored in the mark.
