I'm moving into a newly constructed apartment and looking for a NBN provider. I would be interested to hear others experiences on whether they've been able to waive this. Pretty sure this is the case, the charge comes from NBN directly for the connection? I assume the property is flagged as having paid for the new development fee and won't pay again if moving to a new provider? Thanks for the replies!
