Every time I have gone to New Nails for a pedicure and manicure the service has been exceptional. The staff work very hard to accommodate everyone, including walk-ins. Patrons receive a lot of value and pampering at reasonable prices. I have always found New Nails to be a positive experience and respect the culture and language of these hardworking people. Not recommended this place. Made me wait 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. The staff member doing my nails was also trying to handle 2 other customers, making my appointment lengthy and the quality of the work very poor.
