I don't seem to be able to buy 3DS or Wii U games from the www. If I search for the game and click on it, I see a warning about March but I'm not able to see any purchase options. I can purchase games using my balance from my console, but not via the web site. I'm sure I used to be able to add the difference with my credit card too and yes, I have my accounts linked.
