Njcaa region 10

The purpose of this corporation shall be to promote and foster junior college athletics on intersectional and national levels so that results will be consistent with the total educational program of its members. It is the philosophy of the NJCAA to promote participation njcaa region 10 intercollegiate athletics of the male and female students within and among its member institutions in concert with each institution's educational mission. The NJCAA firmly believes that intercollegiate athletics fosters and promotes participation, njcaa region 10, character development, sportsmanship, leadership and academic excellence. A handful of junior college representatives met to organize an association that would promote and supervise a national program of junior college sports and activities consistent with the educational objectives of junior colleges.

For the past 11 years, Lind Hartsell has served a leadership role for Region 10 in some capacity. Along with his region director duties, Hartsell serves as commissioner of the region. Lind enjoys spending time with his family and being outside, whether it be fishing, skiing, hunting or golfing. Over the past four years, Schroeder has seen his programs win seven conference championships, seven region championships, three district championships, three national tournament appearances and eight All-Americans. A staunch advocate for the student-athlete, Schroeder has seen GPA, retention, and graduation numbers steadily improve each year. During his tenure as athletic director, the Red Hawks have advanced over student-athletes to the next level.
