My initial plan before I came here to double check was to run the pump on my sys fan 1 header at full speed, run the rad fans on the CPU header and split the 5 f12s on the remaining 2 fan headers. Sounds like once I double check the ratings and make sure it's all good then that plan will work just fine. Thanks so much for the help! So when attempting to plug in my masterliquid , it's 2 fans, and my 5 other Artic F12 PWM pst built in daisy chaining case fans, what is my best options as far as what headers to use for each item? Mid and High end mother boards will usually be the only ones that have headers like that. AIO pumps are meant to operate at their full speed or close to it all the time, since they cannot provide as much pressure as custom loop pumps. If that is correct, you can connect the pump to any of the fan headers on your board, they all work with PWM fans or pumps. Reducing the pump's speed will help if it is noisy, but you'll loose some cooling capacity. Or you can get a molex to three pin fan adapter, connect it directly to the PSU, and connect the pump to the adapter.

I completed my build recently and the PC is running great, but from the fan utilities that came with my motherboard, I am certain that the way I connected the fans to the motherboard is not ideal. For example, I have a top exhaust fan that is being detected as a CPU fan obviously it's not. I created a diagram using an actual product image of my mobo to show where my fans are located and how they are currently connected, since I think that would help someone understand more easily. I'll refer to it in my post so you can more easily follow.

Good luck. I already gave you the specific sections you need to make those changes in. There is one 4 pin connecter specially to run a cable to a 4 pin connecter on the board.
