I stared from Hawkhood headed towards hidden valley, reached nosecreek parkway and headed down to Telus park to prince edward's to edworthy and ended at bowmount. It was mostly downhills or plain till edworthy. Also, a fair number of transverse thermal cracks on the path that may slow cyclists.

The loop parallels Deerfoot Trail on the east side and Beddington Trail on the southwest, so it's noisy along part of the loop, nose creek parkway, but it was nice to walk a trail in the city that I hadn't done before. Stephen McAdam.

In the northern part of Calgary near the airport, there are some excellent running options on multi-use paths through parks and a cycle path that heads toward downtown. Nose Creek Pathway.
