Lois Ellen nee Moffatt passed away peacefully with family by her side, at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, on Thursday, September 28, after a long courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She spent her early years on the farm going to school in Carroll and Souris before the family relocated to Brandon in Lois was always one to work becoming a Banquet girl at the Prince Edward Hotel, and later a waitress at the Suburban Restaurant. She married her first love Brian Fowler in and together they raised two children Rhonda and Rob. Lois was always involved in the kids activities volunteering with figure skating, baseball, hockey and curling. She coached several curling teams but loved being involved with her own kids the most.
