The functions of the volunteers are to guide the visits to the interior of the buildings, organize the access queues or provide the attendees with practical information about the event. In order to be able to allocate time, according to the availability of each volunteer, four time slots have been established: both Saturday and Sunday, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm. As a reward, volunteers will have priority access to all buildings during the days of the festival and will be invited to an exclusive party with many prizes. One of the objectives of Open House Palma is to give citizens the opportunity to know for free inside these spaces, which are usually closed or hidden to the public.
