Hi there, and welcome to the best survival horror game currently available. This is genuinely one of the best and most atmospheric games I've ever played, and you've made the right choice in picking it up too. It's possible to complete this in two playthroughs, but the chances of pulling that off are pretty slim, even with the help of guides. Insane mode has no checkpoints and no saves. Don't worry, you won't die. Go down the path and squeeze through the shelf and he will take you out and throw you down. Eventually, you'll walk out into a corridor and see a man on wheelchair. Walk past him and into the door with several others like him. You don't need to sneak, they won't pay you any attention.

You start the game driving up a dirt path. Once the car is parked and you gain control, look to your right to find Document : The Whistleblower. Do so and focus on the large building ahead of you to receive Note: Mount Massive Asylum. Head towards the left hand side of the building to find a broken gate. Go through. Ahead of you will be scaffolding. Climb the ladder leading up to the scaffold and follow it around to the right. Climb up to the next level and then follow the scaffold to an open window. Turn the camera off and head towards and through the door.

Running fast will also help you escape, so make sure that you are quick on the controller!
