Since i dont play ranked, and i dont really follow OWL, i have only heard of these terms here and there but i still dont exactly know what they mean. The hybrid, in my opinion, is Lucio. Considering his AoE healing being passive, he can just burst damage while healing as opposed to the others who have to actively heal or shoot to do so. They are not defined by specific heroes, but how the combination of heroes in the team comp works to enable the team. Regardless of the perceived role or hero played, anyone in the support role should focus on making decisions that can enable to their team members, which more often than not, is not necessarily just healing them. Not trying to be toxic but these forums already lack education about this topic and this further spreads misinformation, and OP is clearly already confused.
