Jade store manager when I stopped in this afternoon was extremely helpful - I had an online purchase I needed to return, and she was friendly and professional. When my return ran into a problem, Was my first and last shopping there, the worst stuff worst customer service Bought t shirt that was on final sale but accidentally got wrong size, which they can't even exchange for bigger There was one register open and there was someone who needed to make a return and the manager was no where in sight which just stopped the line completely. The store is a mess and and entirely I called at to say I was picking up an online order and to confirm that it was ready because I'd be driving across town to pick it up.

I wasn't even planning on walking into this store. And I also found so many other things I really enjoyed in this store. Excellent stuff. Everything was clean and put away and we didn't have to wait but a couple seconds to check out. Great place. Went there again, was treated great. Met a new manager named Becca found out what was really up lol and I'm embarrassed. Great place is always organized, clean, it's nice.
