Periodically I am in the Fallbrook area and always make a point to order a veggie pizza from Pala Mesa Pizza. Ingredients are fresh, perfect crust, and the order is always ready to go when I arrive for pickup. Best veggie pizza in California imo. June Surprisingly good. This makes me want to try them even more next time. The pizza was perfect - just the right balance of chicken, cheese, cilantro, onion, and sauce. The crust was chewy and had a bit of crunch. I generally prefer a slightly thinner NY style but this was excellent. Highly recommended.
