The course only has par 3s. Many are the same length. The course was in very good condition, considering it is a public course, played by a wide range of players. The pace of play is a bit longer than was expected for a short course. My wife and I have played here three years in a row as a warm up round and enjoyed it every time. Very short, but good, small greens. Pretty setting and well kept grounds.

We played early in the morning and the conditions and the condition of the course were both perfect. For a beginner or someone who wants to work on their short game, it was excellent.
