This magnificent structure is made from gold sandstone and is said to be one of the largest Gothic structures in the world! The cathedral has become a symbol of the Balearic capital along with the Royal Palace of La Almudaina which is directly in front of it. This palace was where the kings of Mallorca and, later, viceroys and governors lived during the 13th and 14th centuries. Our tour will conclude in the Parc de la Mar , from which point we'll be able to enjoy a wonderful view of the Renaissance-era walls and the cathedral!
