The central character is Oz , standing in center-frame. He is dressed as he is by the end of the story, the all-black outfit along with a red Baskerville cloak hanging around his shoulders. Oz is in the middle of motion, wielding his scythe in his hands and swinging it behind his right shoulder, preparing to slash downwards. Countless chains colored red crisscross in the air behind him, summoned in place by his powers, the shadows of a pair of thick black chains surround him on either side, and tiny fragments of shattered lights float around like snow. Oz's eyes are a bright red. In the background behind him is the black-and-white silhouette of a black rabbit doll steadily disintegrating into ash.

Ah, a lovely picture of Alyss for the preview. Episode starts with Alice happily saying Jacks name. Back to the present, Break is on the floor, and wakes up to a worried Oz. Duke Barma is behind him as he says this and is irritated by his words. Reim shows his concern for Break and tells him not to use his powers so recklessly. Duke Barma urges Break to continue where he left off, but Oz is uncertain whether it would be good for Break to continue. He also urges Barma to tell him what he knows as well, and Barma replies that he will. Barma asks what Break saw in the deepest part of the Abyss. Alyss starts repeating that she hates Vincent, and starts crying, asking why Vincent is always mean to her. Alyss turns to Break, asking who he is. Suddenly her clock chimes, and her personality shifts.

Duke Barma urges Break to continue where he left off, but Oz is uncertain whether it would be good for Break to continue. He blames Sabrie, Jack's death, and he and Gil ending up in the Abyss on her.
