Paranga is one of those places that has everything going for it. A fantastic location, great decor, attentive service and delicious Sicilian inspired food. George's Bay in St. Teak decking and modern white furniture create a relaxing atmosphere in a stylish setting. Forming part of the 5-star Intercontinental Malta, the service is also nothing short of great. Paranga also doubles about as a lounge bar right by the sea and in the summer months also sets up on a private part of the adjacent sandy beach. George's Bay , St Julians. This was probably our 4th or 5th visit to Paranga and it is my absolute fav when we are staying in Camps Bay. Beautiful location with a great vibe in the evenings. Lovely cocktails and wonderfully friendly staff. My go to is the seafood platter The squid starter is also delightful and you can't go wrong with a chocolate fondant dessert! Great selection of wines. We came here just before my birthday and when the waiter found out, he brought over a surprise 'complimentary' espresso martini, only for us to find out later it had been charged to our bill. Was too late to do anything about it when we noticed but we still had a fantastic time and look forward to a return trip with friends in April this year!
