The dog training classes are great. I started my puppy at 11 weeks old in puppy class 1 and he recently achieved his AKC good canine citizen certificate at 9 months old. The training and play times have done great with his socialization! Bonnie is the trainer. I will never shop at Petco again. Twice now I have gone in trying to get mice, both times I have been blatantly ignored by staff. Today there was two employees helping someone in the rodent isle, I stood and waiting and one of the employees looked right at me and walked away. When I brought it up with the cashier they didn't care, only said they were sorry and offered no solution. Completely ridiculous. I was pleasantly surprised to have had my dog hope groomed on grand opening day! No appt. Hope looked fantastic , and her white and gold fur finally looked white!
