Burgundian offers a pastry of the day and they are always delicious. The only problem is when they are sold out, that's all they really have for pastry options. The coffee selection here is the best I've seen. The theme of this place is breakfast around the world, which is so fun and creative and the reason why I came and will continue to come. BUT, that being said, brioches need to be a mainstay here. They are so prevalent around the world and would really be the feather in the Burgundian's cap. Please please please offer more bready, pastry-y options on your menu. If you do, I will never ever leave. Aside from that I love the vibe and the coffee here so much.
