Since placing my order I've received radio silence from PLE, despite messaging them to ask when the item was likely to be shipped. Emailed PLE directly, and was told "all of our eBay sales are done through eBay alone we have none of the info on our end you would be much better contacting through eBay itself" which is basically washing their hands of it. Unfortunately there is no option to raise a case with eBay… well none that I can see? Only option that appears available is to go through PayPal?
