This will be interesting to see in future leagues as it grows. Yesterday I decided to record another one of my dumb videos showing off generally what it looks like to run content on my latest build, the Explosive Arrow Champion. However after last night, and several rounds of tweaks… namely in my skill gem setup… things go MUCH faster. I could absolutely see building a version of this that can do all of the content in the game, including deeper delve.

There also doesnt appear to be any change in the way my character feels when mapping. Quote this Post. Since Brutal Fervour gives "Life Leech effects are not removed when Unreserved Life is Filled", you should be able to test it by going to a campaign area, activating Blood Rage, then killing some enemies. So brutal fervour specifically keeps leech going when you are at full life. This is helpful if you dont hit quite fast and continuously. If you do, your leech should be up all the time anyway. With molten strike, it generally will be up high hit rate. The time brutal fervour is good is when you kill a pack but have a degen, or a boss goes into a phase and you cant leech but you are still taking damage degen , or similar. Depending on your build, this might be rare and you might not feel it.

They're more powerful because they're better rounded - balanced with the fact that you get two instead of potentially four, and the extra passive points on the tree. Raider Notable is a good example.
